Dear NOKIA team!
I am long-term user of NOKIA equipment, I had at least 7 NOKIA devices. Now I completely quit with your company and feel responsible to explain why:
1. OVI software. OVI infrastructure is an unusable software zoo with inconsistent user interface. It unable to keep my credentials, I have to sign in everywhere, every time. OVI store does not work with my Chrome browser. OVI Suite is huge and crushes several times a day, considerably less stabile than old-school PC Suite. At the same time competitors like Apple and Google and Samsung have already well polished and fast-developing software infrastructure. So to be with NOKIA means to be with uncompetitive solution here.
2. My E72 software. It stopped working with my Gmail account (disaster for me)! Third-party software choice is minimalistic. There is no consistent phone software update procedure. No joy here as well!
3. Week marketing – no attempt to form loyal NOKIA customer world. Unfriendly approach.

PS Nokia ответила парой автоматических рассылок. А я перешел на айфон, который прекрасно работает с гмейлом.
